Admin. Office Travel Instructions
HWY 52 to Winston. Left at Winston General Store. Travel two miles
to Chloride. Located at west end of town. Sign is visible from
street.
Administrative Overview
Preserves the history of Chloride. 1880s mercantile fusnishings and merchandise are displayed as left when the store was closed after the silver boom ended. All items are displayed in the original log building built in 1880.

| DESCRIPTION |
On display, in addition to all the 1880s
furnishings and merchandise, are many of the town records
from 1880 until 1923 which had been stored in the building.
Also on display are the tools used in prospecting, mining
and assaying the ore. |
