Agency Services AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION | DESCRIPTION | HEART HEALTH - Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Provides
free information through our call center, literature, publications and 24-hour access to our Internet site with education and information on risk factors and warning signs, patient and caregiver support programs, and proper emergency system response. Provides free educational programs ("Jump Rope for Heart") and ("Hoops for Heart") to physical education teachers in elementary and middle schools in Southern New Mexico. Classes emphasize exercise, a healthy diet, community service and the dangers of tobacco.
