Agency Services CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT | | AGE RANGE | Ages 16-80 | | DESCRIPTION | The Child Support Enforcement Program is a state and federal program to collect support from Non-custodial Parents. It has two primary missions:
1) to recover or reduce state and federal funds spent in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) programs, and
2) to maximize the collection of child support for all New Mexico children.
