Attendees:  Bud Stevenson, Jane Greene, Bobbi Landon, Ruth Lee, Jackye Mc Daniels, Char Myers, Norma Webster, and Linda Phillips.

We were placed on the ICIP list for the city for the 06-07 year so we can ask for money from legislators. Jane Greene took our request to the City Commissioner's Meeting the 14th and had many supporters in the audience.

We need a Plan including operating budget, and proposed schedule. Bud Stevenson said he would lobby for us. We should be able to get some from Diane Hamilton and other legislators. Bud said he would get with Jack Baker to discuss costs. We figured 250,000 and jack Baker said 600,000. We thought that too high a difference. Bud said he'd find out about the money issue.

Jane Greene gave a treasurer's report. We have $482.16. Linda will continue to see Jackie Hall to get the previous group's money. She has been visited twice already and put off each time.

Norma Webster spoke from Structure Committee. She met with Chris Nobes. We discussed steps, permit from state for city buildings, needing an architect or engineer with 6B98 (which Jack Baker is), etc. Bud said that parks and recreation will be combined and Jaime Aguilera will bring in someone to run it.

Linda remembers a three-part plan from the city. Part one was redoing the pool, part two was build new dressing room areas, which has been done, and part three was enclosing the pool. No one knows about this three-part plan. When we talked to City Manager he had not heard of this.

Jane has received the operational costs for the last two years from the city. She and Char will work with this report for our projected budget. Linda will build a schedule for winter hours and summer/peak hours. Ruth Lee will work up ideas for sale items to create revenue at the pool.

We will meet again Dec 1st at 5:30 to pull this altogether so we can go to the City Council Meeting Dec.12th to ask for their approval to go ahead with this project.
