Elsie and Ruth plan to set up the Roof Us booth by 8am at the Ben Archer Health Fair on Sat. Sept. 17th. Elsie has the T-shirts, extra information sheets to pass out, and the candy. Ruth will print up more T-shirt order forms and contact Ginny Holbrook to get the sign. Adrian and Janet will man the booth from 10am until noon.

Ruth contacted Pastor Doug Revels asking for a donation of bottled water to sell at the Sierra County Fair, Oct. 6-9. He asked for a letter from Roof Us explaining our purpose. This will be sent this week. The committee decided to wait until we have city approval and a bid on the structure before contacting any clubs for donations. We will then have a better idea of our financial needs.

The suggestion was made that we start a scrapbook of clippings from the papers regarding the Roof Us project.

Our next meeting will be noon, Sept. 28 at 511 Van Patten. The next general meeting will be Thurs. Sept. 22nd, 5:30 at the computer lab.
